Shipping & returns
From the time that we receive your frames at our lab, lens manufacturing is about 7-10 business days on average. Our lenses go through a quality inspection process to make sure your lenses pass ANSI standards. If there are any flaws or defects in the lenses, we may have to reorder them, which will delay the manufacturing process and final shipment timing.
Once your lenses pass our quality standards, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.
Our free standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days with UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is 2 business days with UPS 2nd Day.
Today’s Optician lenses are manufactured precisely to your prescription that you provide us, and all sales are final. They cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not accept returns on lenses, however we offer a complete 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all our lenses. If you believe your lenses were made incorrectly, then see our Remake Policy.
If your lenses were manufactured incorrectly from the prescription provided to Today’s Optician, we will remake your lenses, no questions asked. You have 30 days from the date you receive your lenses if something is wrong to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We strive to provide our customers fast and reliable turnaround and processing times. If you would like to change an order, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com
Please include your name, order number and subject line “Change Order.” We are able to change any order up until your frames arrive at our lab. We can also cancel an order before your frames arrive at our lab. We cannot cancel/change an order once your frames reach our lab. If you want to cancel your order before it arrives at our lab, we will refund your purchase minus $20 for standard shipping, and $30 for expedited shipping.
